It would be natural to turn to dictionaries and encyclopedias to answer the question "Who is God?" But these definitions give only a one-dimensional view of the One whom we seek, and we're certainly not restricted to those dry descriptions. The Bible says that everyone everywhere has a limited knowledge of who God is. In Romans, chapter one, we are told that by simply looking at nature and the world around us, we can see that these things did not evolve or develop by chance. There is a Designer who is wise enough and powerful enough to bring into existence such a magnificent creation. We can know something about God by merely looking at the creation around us.
"Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me." Revelation 3:20 Be sure to take time to fill out a visitor card - we'd love to hear from you!
